Educational services
Ayat & Bayan Academy offers a range of educational programs to teach the Quran, tajweed, and memorization online. We strive to provide the highest quality education, but we do not guarantee specific results or the achievement of particular goals within a set time frame, as results depend on the student's commitment and effort.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services or programs at any time without prior notice. We will do our best to inform you in advance of any material changes that may affect your learning experience.
Schedules and lessons
Lesson times are agreed upon mutually between you and the teacher. You are expected to attend on time and be fully prepared. In case of absence or delay, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments for completed lessons or activated packages are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Code of conduct
All users are expected to adhere to respectful and courteous behavior. Any abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward teachers or other students is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these rules immediately.
Intellectual property
All content available on our platform, including text, images, videos, educational materials, and designs, is owned by Ayat & Bayan Academy or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of these materials without our explicit written permission.
